I’d like to attend Kenu Arts Camp but I’m too old/young.
Should I still apply? Yes, but please call us first to discuss your situation. There are many opportunities for people to attend who aren’t in the target age group of 15 to 25.

How do I get to Kenu Arts Camp? The closest airport is in Rhinelander, WI. Let us know when your flight will be arriving and we can provide you with transportation from the Rhinelander airport to the camp. Driving directions are listed below. It's less expensive to fly to Milwaukee and arrange for a ride up to Land O' Lakes. If you need to arrange a ride please contact us.

Where will I eat while at Kenu Arts Camp? Since our enrollment is limited to 20 students per week, you’ll enjoy three healthy, home-cooked meals each day with the rest of the students, faculty and volunteers.

Where will I live while attending Kenu Arts Camp? Living spaces range from private or shared rooms in a house to a small dormitory with a common bathroom to rustic cabins.

What is the weather like in Land ‘o Lakes Wisconsin that time of the year? Daytime temperatures generally range from 70 to 85 degrees or more, evenings are cooler.

Can we arrive a day early or leave a day late?
We would prefer that you arrive on Sunday afternoon and leave during the day on Saturday, but if this is not possible, we can make an exception. Just let us know.

What is there to do at camp during free times?
You can swim, fish, hike, use the row boats and canoes, ride the ATV or play games (there’s a volleyball net)

Are campers allowed to leave the camp during free times?
No. Not unless they’re accompanied by their parents (while visiting) or an adult leader from the camp.

If I’m staying more than one week, what will I do on the weekends?
The weekend schedule is much lighter. There may be rehearsals or some extra classes for students who are attending more than one week.

Can I bring a musical instrument?
Yes. We encourage you to bring instruments to play, especially those that we can use to worship.

How close is the nearest town?Restaurants? Hotels?
There are hotels and restaurants in Land O' Lakes, WI, which is 6 miles away.

Can I have visitors at camp?
Parents and immediate family members are welcome to attend the Friday night program/concert. Families will have to find their own accomodations because of limited housing space.

What if I have food allergies?
Just let us know when you arrive at camp and we’ll make sure to avoid any foods you’re allergic to in your meals.
